The Avoca String Quartet are an established professional ensemble, in-demand in the Dublin and surrounding areas and excelling in providing the highest quality of suitable music for funeral services. With a vast experience and knowledge of varied repertoire, we are always at hand to assist, support and guide you in choosing the finest music, working closely with the Funeral Director to ensure the music is tailor-made to suit the funeral ceremony/service, leaving a lasting impression and memory while celebrating and honouring the life of a loved one. Our aim is to always be sensitive, compassionate and comforting whilst dealing with the bereaved. Each family have a choice of a string duo, a trio, quartet, with or without piano/organ accompaniment. The addition of a soloist – male or female, is always welcome, and the Avoca String Quartet can advise with these options.
